Field service software pricing tracker

All prices last verified 29 July 2026Read off each vendor’s own pricing page, not from other blogs.

Software prices move, plans get renamed, and features quietly migrate to a higher tier. This page is the one place we keep every published number, so you can check what a platform actually costs today, before a renewal conversation or before a salesperson quotes you something different.

What we will not do here is guess. Where a vendor doesn’t publish a price, the cell says so rather than carrying an estimate borrowed from somewhere else. That applies to ServiceTitan’s entire price list and to most add-ons.

Jobber

Verified 29 July 2026 on getjobber.com/pricing

Before you look at the price

Two traps on the same page. First, Jobber runs first-year promotions: on the day we checked, Core showed $21/mo in large type with "for 12 months, then $29/mo" underneath. Every figure here is the recurring price. Second, the page opens on "Just me", and both the price and the seats change with the team-size selector, so one reading of the page only tells you what one crew size costs. Check it at your own headcount before you commit.

Before you look at the price

The pricing page opens on a four-step quiz, with the plan table below it. The prices are published, just not where you land. Seats come bundled into the tier rather than sold individually, which matters more than the sticker price once you have a crew.

ServiceTitan

Verified 29 July 2026 on servicetitan.com

Before you look at the price

ServiceTitan publishes no pricing at all. It is quoted per technician with a monthly minimum. We will not print a range: every figure circulating for ServiceTitan comes from third parties and they disagree with each other by thousands of dollars. Our pricing guide does report those third-party ranges, labelled as estimates throughout. In a table like this one they would read as facts, so they stay out.

ZenMaid

Verified 29 July 2026 on get.zenmaid.com/pricing

Before you look at the price

ZenMaid is cleaning-only, and its price is a base fee plus a charge per active cleaner. That second half is what most comparisons leave out, because the pricing page shows the base until you move the team-size slider. Confirmed with that slider: +$4, +$14 and +$24 per cleaner on Starter, Pro and Pro Max. Inactive cleaners do not count. Two gaps worth knowing about: ZenMaid has no automatic route optimisation, and its QuickBooks integration is still listed as coming soon.

PlanMonthlyAnnualUsers
Starter$19/mo+$4/mo per active cleaner
What Starter adds
  • Up to 40 appointments/mo
  • Scheduling and client management
Pro$39/mo+$14/mo per active cleaner
What Pro adds

  • Payroll
Pro Max$49/mo+$24/mo per active cleaner

How to compare these honestly

Three traps swallow most people comparing these platforms, and all three are avoidable:

How we keep this current

Every figure here is read off the vendor’s own pricing or help pages and dated. When a vendor changes something, we correct every article that cites it, not just the newest one. That’s the whole reason this page exists as a single source rather than a number copied into twenty places. More on the method on our about page.

Two things we watch for specifically, because both have caught us: promotional pricing that looks exactly like a price cut (a headline rate with “for 12 months, then…” in small type), and prices that appear to vanish when a vendor puts a quiz in front of its table.

Spotted a number that’s out of date? Tell us. Corrections are the point, not an embarrassment.

Some links on this page are affiliate links; see our affiliate disclosure. No vendor pays to appear here, to have a price presented favourably, or to have an unflattering fee left out.
