Servically helps owners of home service businesses (plumbers, HVAC techs, electricians, cleaners, landscapers, pest control pros and more) choose the software and AI tools that actually save time and win jobs.

There are hundreds of tools out there and most "best of" lists are thin. We focus on clear, honest comparisons: what each tool is good at, what it costs, and who it is really for, so you can decide fast and get back to work.

How we research and verify

Everything on this site follows the same method, and we would rather be boring about it than vague:

• Every number we publish is read off the vendor's own pricing or help pages, not from another blog, and re-checked before it goes into an article. Third-party estimates get used only when a vendor publishes nothing at all, and we label them as estimates in the same sentence.
• When there is no public price, we say so. ServiceTitan quotes per technician and doesn't publish a number, and we write that plainly instead of inventing a range.
• The screenshots are real, captured from the vendors' live sites. We never use stock photos or AI-generated images.
• Pricing and plan limits move, so we re-check and date our work. Every article carries an "Updated" date, and when a vendor changes something we correct every article that cites it, not just the newest one.
• We don't claim experience we don't have. We research, compare and verify, and we don't pretend to have run a plumbing company for ten years.
